It's been a while since we last heard from McLaughlin, and the last time these two players combined was quite a few years ago. McLaughlin brings more of a lite jazz touch to things this time around but he hasn't lost any of the edge that brought him front and center in the first place. The pairing still has it's original magic and any fan of either will be anything but disappointed as they let this winner carry them away. Tasty work throughout that finds some real pros at the tops of their games.
